When a patient's treatment start date has passed, you'll be prompted to confirm whether the treatment took place or has been changed to a different date.


1) To confirm the patient's treatment start date, select 'Upcoming Treatments' from the homepage of your Basis merchant account (you might also automatically be redirected to the 'Upcoming Treatments' page). 




2) If the patient's treatment has taken place select 'Treatment Took Place.'




3) If the patient's treatment start date has changed, select 'Edit Date' in the Action column to change the date.




4) Enter the new date, and select 'Submit Changes' to update the treatment start date.
