If the loan is still in a Pending or a Queued status, click on the 'Cancel Loan' button in order to cancel the loan before it has been fully processed. You can do so on the homepage of your dashboard in the 'Loan Overview' table. 




1) If a loan has been processed, then the 'Cancel Loan' button will be replaced with the 'Refund Loan' button. To initiate a refund you would first click on the 'Refund Loan' button.




2) Following that, enter the refund amount and hit 'Issue Refund.'




Our system would then trigger a refund ACH transfer from the practice's connected bank account on file for the refunded amount. 


We will also refund any Basis rebate fee that was paid back to your practice. Additionally, the patient would then see if their loan refunded on their end and their repayments would automatically be refunded for the applicable amount.
