On the same day you select the 'Refund Loan' button, an ACH transfer from your practice's bank account to Basis will be initiated for the refunded amount. 

At the same time, we will also initiate an ACH refund to your practice for any applicable rebate fee. All ACH rebate transfers should arrive within 1-3 business days (depending on your banking institution).
