How do I apply?

1) Once you receive a Basis invitation via text or email from your dental provider, you would create your Basis account and then be asked to accept your loan invitation to start the application process. To move forward, select the 'Accept' button.

2) To begin your loan application, select 'Check your Financing Limit.'

3) In less than 30 seconds, you'll receive your approved limit!*

Note: the approved amount displayed above is a sample limit. Approved limits vary by customer. Not all customers will be approved.

How do approvals work?

There is no banking information needed for approval and approval is not determined by your FICO credit score. 

Once you enter your name, phone number, address and birthday during Basis registration, a LexisNexis RiskView Optics score is generated leveraging advanced alternative data insights from Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions. The model is taking into account hundreds of different data points ranging from things like credit card applications, frequency of residential address changes, landlord disputes, etc. This risk score ultimately determines eligibility for financing. The LexisNexis RiskView Optics score that is used to determine financing eligibility is NOT a traditional FICO score, and will not show up or impact your FICO credit report.
