1) If you miss a payment, you will have 15 days to make payment by selecting either of the 'Pay Now' buttons on the homepage your Basis account.

If payment is not received within 15 days from the missed payment date, the applicable late fee will be applied to the next payment. 

2) Select the missed payments that you wish to pay and then click 'Continue to Payment' to make payment. 

3) Finally, select whether you'd like to pay the overdue balance via the bank account on file or via a credit or debit card. Click 'Submit Payment' to make your payment.
