You can update your personal information by selecting the 'Settings' button from the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of your account (below where your name is located). 

From there, you can update your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, or Address. Once you've made your changes, simply select the 'Update' button to update in your Basis account. 

The only field that you would not be able to update is your email address. Since your email is what we use to identify your account, please contact our Patient Support team at support@hellobasis.com to update your email on file.
