1) Yes, patients can repay Basis early by logging into their Basis account and selecting the 'Pay Now' button. Patients have the option to repay early through ACH or with a credit or debit card. They can also repay early with an HSA or FSA card. There is no pre-payment penalty to pay off their Basis loan early! 

2) Enter in the amount that they wish to pay and select the 'Continue to Payment' button. The patient's outstanding balance will automatically recalculate. 

3) Next the patient would choose whether they would like to 'Keep' or 'Skip' the upcoming payment. By keeping the upcoming payment, this will help shorten the patient's loan term. Once selected, click 'Continue.'

4) The patient would then select the payment method they would like to make the payment with. For card payments, they'll be prompted to select 'Add a New Card' if there is no card on file (skip Step 5 if paying via ACH). 

5) The patient would enter in the card information and select 'Add a New Card.'

6) The patient's card or bank account will then appear. Select 'Submit Payment' to make their payment. 

Please note: credit card, HSA & FSA payments are only available for additional payments made using the Pay Now feature. These payment methods are not available for scheduled automatic payments.
